Product shipping methods: costs and times
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €60.00 and delivery takes place on average within 2-4 working days , calculated from the moment the shipment leaves the warehouse.
For orders with a total amount less than or equal to €59.99, the shipping costs will be €5.99 (except for any promotions or offers).
The products are delivered throughout Italy, San Marino and Vatican City. For direct shipments to Sicily, Sardinia or other smaller islands , it is necessary to consider one more day than the times indicated above.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm are processed and prepared the same day.
Orders are not prepared on Saturdays and Sundays, while all orders received from Monday to Friday are processed on the same day or the following working day.
Shipping times do not take into account external problems due to strikes, adverse weather events, or other particular situations not directly attributable to BluMilano Srl.
The products are delivered via the GLS Express Courier Monday to Friday during office hours .
You can check the status of your shipment at any time via the tracking provided by email .
It is recommended to always indicate an address where someone is guaranteed to be present to collect the order. If you prefer to receive the order in the office or at a concierge, it is important to provide all the necessary details, including the name of the company, a possible contact person, the floor and any other information useful to the courier.
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWALS
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the order .

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
Contact customer service at ecommerce@blu-milano.it , selecting "Returns and Refunds" as the reason for contact, or fill out the appropriate form , specifying the order number and the items you wish to return. -
Return form:
You will receive a return form to print and insert inside the package containing the products to be returned. The products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging. -

Return shipping costs are at your expense. -
Reimbursement:
Once the integrity of the returned products has been verified, a refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase, excluding shipping costs.
It is important to know…
Except for the exceptions listed below, for purchase contracts for products and services concluded by a consumer, the latter has the right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), without any penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason.
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply for hygiene and health protection reasons in the following cases:
- Sealed products , including cosmetic products, where opening the seal or primary packaging compromises hygiene guarantees.
In concrete terms, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the Buyer removes, as the case may be, the safety seal (if present) or opens the primary packaging of the product .
Subject to the exclusions indicated above, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by communicating his decision within 14 days of receiving the product. In the case of separate delivery of multiple goods purchased with a single order, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the last product is delivered .
The right of withdrawal is exercised by the Buyer sending a communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period:
- By filling out the appropriate online form
- By writing to ecommerce@blu-milano.it
- Of any other explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal notice must clearly indicate the intention to withdraw from the purchase (without the need to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised. It is necessary to attach a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.
Blu-Milano Srl will send the consumer Buyer a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice, without delay, via email to the address provided during the purchase procedure on the site.
The Buyer must return the products within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw.
The products must be returned to BluMilano Srl in their substantial integrity , with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them, in conditions such that they can be put back on sale.
Pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the return costs will be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
Blu-Milano Srl will refund the entire amount paid (excluding return costs) by the consumer Buyer.
BluMilano Srl may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the Buyer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods. The refund will be made through a reversal procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer using the bank details (IBAN code of the invoice holder) provided by the Buyer in the Return Form.
The Seller will refund the Buyer the full amount already paid for the Products within 14 days of receipt of the Products or of the demonstration by the Buyer that the Products have been shipped, depending on which situation occurs first.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN FOR DEFECTS OR NON-CONFORMITY
Procedure in case of missing, damaged or defective product:
- Contact Customer Service:
- Write to BluMilano Srl Customer Service at ecommerce@blu-milano.it , which will indicate the procedure to follow to return the damaged or defective product or to request the missing products.
- Checking Returned Products:
- Once the products have been received, BluMilano Srl will carry out a check to ensure that they are actually defective, damaged or not compliant with the description shown on the site.
- Verification result:
- In case of positive verification:
- BluMilano Srl will proceed with the replacement of defective, damaged or non-compliant products, sending them to the Buyer within 14 working days of receiving the products.
- Shipping costs for returns and replacements will be borne by BluMilano Srl
- If replacement is not possible within the indicated terms, BluMilano Srl will promptly inform the Buyer via email and will refund the cost of the products and shipping costs, upon proof of the cost incurred for the return.
- The refund will be made within 30 working days of receiving the products.
- In case of negative verification:
- If the returned products are not defective, damaged or do not conform to the description provided on the site, the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund.
- The products will be returned to the Buyer with shipping costs charged to the Buyer.
